- Personalized or custom items
- Undergarments and swimwear for hygiene reasons
3. Return Process

Step 3: Ship Your Item
Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging. Ship to the address provided by our team.
Step 4: Inspection & Refund
Once received, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will process your refund.
4. Refund Options
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- JazzCash/EasyPaisa: Refunded to the account used for purchase
- Bank Transfer: Refunded to the original bank account
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping costs
- Customer Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Exchanges: Customer pays shipping for the replacement item

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color:

- Pay any price difference if the new item costs more
- We will ship the new item once we receive the original item
